Among other things, in 2006 Fredrik completed his 7 + 7 + 7 project, whose goal was to climb “The 7 Summits”, the highest mountains on every continent. He managed to do it in 191 days and was awarded a Guinness World Record to be officially the fastest climber in the world at the time. He was also the first Swede to have climbed the 7 Summits.
